Our Team
 Sonia Morgan With over 15 years experience in specialty stores and retail management Sonia has a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of the customer. Sonia started her career in Employment Services in 1997 prior to the inception of the Job Network and held various roles until opening Morgans in 2004. With a passion for travel and the outdoors Sonia enjoys bushwalking and camping and has travelled extensively throughout Africa but is also not adverse to the occasional stay in a 5 star resort.  Janet Emerton Janet's passion for fine food and wine was well established when she spent 2 years working as a cook in Italy. Her hospitality career continued on her return to Australia where she held various positions within commercial catering companies and ran her own catering business in Sydney. Janet has 10 years experience within the Employment Services field focusing on recruitment for the hospitality and retail sectors but is also at home recruiting for blue collar and office administration. Janet takes every opportunity to travel overseas and enjoys tasting the local cuisine.  David Ford If David wasn’t recruiting he would be a fulltime V8 Supercar driver and believes the photo proves he can drive one! He has a background in human resource management and over 4 years recruitment experience. David has proven experience and success in filling entry level to executive positions. As an experienced generalist recruiter he covers a broad range of industries with strong experience in filling marketing, sales, administrative, finance, IT, trades and services appointments. David's focus is on providing a high quality service to both candidates and clients and developing long standing relationships with enjoyable recruitment experiences.  Denise Ortiz - Carauna Denise credits her sucess in business to her life experiences. She spent time living and working in the United States and London. Her career highlights include working in Silicone Valley with one of the worlds leading medical device companies. Her experience includes 10 years in manufacturing and engineering and 9 years in recruitment and customer service. Whether you are looking to recruit in engineering, accounts manufacturing or the medical fields, Denise is happy to work with you to achieve your goals. Denise believes in a work / play balance. She enjoys the outdoors, water skiing, snow skiing, camping and the occasional bike ride. Her claim to fame is the 2005 Queensland Womens Motocross Champion. |

Morgans Recruitment and Training was opened in 2004 by Sonia Morgan and Janet Emerton. The business evolved from a demand in the market for an agency to listen to and act on the needs of the employer to find the right staff for their vacancy and organisational culture.
